Cafe d'Alsace, a busy French spot on the Upper East Side, is in search of experienced FOH team members to join our crew. If you're a seasoned pro with a positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
For Servers/Bartenders, we're seeking individuals with at least 2 years of fine dining experience, a solid understanding of craft beer, wine, and spirits, and familiarity with POS systems. Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and flexibility with scheduling are all important. Please note that this isn't an entry-level position.
As for Hosts, clear communication and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous fine dining experience and proficiency with the Open Table reservation system are essential. We're looking for individuals who excel under pressure, provide excellent customer service, and have an outgoing personality.
