RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Member responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their bowls on the line and, ending their experience at the cashier.
. Fulfil both in store and online guest orders
Maintain cleanliness of front line, take out FOHtrash, bus and clean tables and chairs.
Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms
Clean store windows and high touch areas
Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu including seasonal offerings and be able to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line
Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling
Set up, maintain and break down front line area as per restaurant standards
Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of cashless transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of online-ordering pick-up area; organize online ordering assembly area and shelves.
Help online order guests locate theirs orders as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read and comprehend information at a close range at a close range, and follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Ability to use electronic systems, such as computers and tablets.
Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and, stand throughout shift
Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, cutting tools, utensils and other equipment
Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
