FOH Manager
BOH / Kitchen Manager
FOH Manager Responsibilities:
Lead daily front-of-house operations
Manage host, bar, and service staff
Ensure top-tier guest service
Handle reservations, guest flow, and conflict resolution
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant environment
BOH Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations, prep, and inventory
Manage kitchen staff and scheduling
Ensure food quality and consistency
Maintain DOH compliance and kitchen cleanliness
Communicate effectively with FOH team
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (lounge or high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Passion for hospitality and Afro-Caribbean cuisine/culture a plus
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
