Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a band saw and other kitchen equipment for meat prep
Break down, portion, and prep various cuts of meat and steaks
Assist in multiple kitchen stations including grill, salad, and pan sauté
Follow steak doneness levels and proper meat handling techniques
Maintain prep area cleanliness and food safety standards
Support chefs and cooks with daily prep tasks and service needs
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must have experience working with raw meats and steak cuts
Proficient and safe in using a band saw and meat prep tools
Ability to work across different kitchen stations as needed
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and multitasking
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
