Qualification:
Minimum two years of professional cooking experience in restaurants.
Can read and follow recipes, as well as follow directions and lists outlined by a chef
Understand and follow the proper DOH food safety policies
Are punctual
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
Can work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure
Have the ability to stand while working for long periods
Can lift up to 50 lbs.
High level of professionalism
Comfortable working with a team in a high-volume & fast-paced kitchen environment
Hourly Rate: $17-$22 per hour based on the experience

Passion for building a solid team
High-volume restaurant and catering experience
Organizational skills
Willing to learn and adapt to new procedures
Strong Knife and Communication Skills
Maintaining calm under pressure while understanding the principles of People, Products, and Processes.
Produce accurate recipes and photo specifications for new dishes implemented on menus.
Take ownership of kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Take ownership for correct portion control and keep wastage to a minimum, ensuring proper stock rotation is evident within the kitchen.
Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights and weekends
