We are looking for competent Bartenders and Runner/Bussers. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests' experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant is clean and tidy when guests arrive, as well as being knowledgeable about our bar program and food. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
We'll have an Open-House on Monday and Wednesday (September 9th and 11th) from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm to interview for both positions. The interviews will be held at our Midtown location (3 West 36th St, 10018.) We have two locations, please be careful to not go to the wrong location.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Maintain bar and floor setup with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Bartender Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
- 2+ years’ experience as a bartender or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Experience working with POS systems

Runner/Busser Responsibilities:
- Bringing food to guest’s tables and presenting each dish
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Maintain silverware and glassware neatly at bussing stations
- Assist waiters in greeting guests and filling beverages
- Assist bar staff in maintaining clean bussing stations
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Runner/Busser Skills:
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
