We are currently hiring for all front-of-house positions:
Host/Hostess
Servers
Bartenders
Bussers
Runners
Requirements:
For Hosts: A minimum of one year of experience in a well-established NYC restaurant.
For All Other Positions: A minimum of three years of experience in a well-established NYC restaurant.
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
Ability to Multi-task: Remain calm and professional while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
Availability: Must maintain availability that aligns with the business’s operational needs.
Position Details:
Host/Hostess
Compensation: $16 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with managing multiple dining areas and OpenTable and & Rooms is ideal, though not required.
Scheduling: Preference for full-time candidates with open availability; part-time opportunities available for those with open availability for both AM and PM shifts.
Additional Skills: Experience with delivery platforms and strong phone etiquette are required.
Attributes: A friendly and positive demeanor at all times is essential.
Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Runners
Compensation: Minimum wage plus tips.
Training: Willingness to undergo training to uphold the high standards our company is known for.
Skills: Must possess a strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
Scheduling: Preference for full-time candidates with open availability; part-time opportunities available for those with open availability for both AM and PM shifts.
Attributes: A consistently friendly and positive demeanor, along with strong communication skills, is crucial.
