Reporting to the Shop Manager, Dip Experts ensure every guest experiences the best in everything ice cream. An ideal candidate brings a mixture of self-motivation and love of collaboration, constantly strives to improve processes for better outcomes, and has a passion both for craft food and beverage and sharing that with their team and community.
Requirements:
Delivers a superlative ice cream experience to every guest that walks through our doors by following all safety and quality standards
Maintains a working knowledge of our ice cream catalog and ingredients, directing guests to thoughtful choices while minding allergy concerns
Shares a love of clean and tidy spaces and an eagerness to keep them that way by following daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Engages with guests through conversation and answers any questions they may have about flavors or our history
Draws energy from fast-paced, busy service and working in a tight team, maintaining open communication
Follows directions from supervisor on duty (Shift Supervisor or Shop Leader) to ensure timely completion of opening, closing, and side work checklists
Has open availability including evenings, weekends (two of three weekend days - Friday-Saturday-Sunday, & holidays and effectively communicates with shop manager about time off requests or scheduling concerns
Can stand on their feet for long periods of time and performs physically demanding tasks in appropriately-distanced proximity to team members

Salary: $12.50-15.00/hr + tips (with tips you'll make between $16-$26.00/hr)

Since opening our first shop in Brooklyn in 2013, we have concocted more than 600 wacky and weird flavors alongside reimagined and improved classics.
