We are seeking a talented Barista/Pool Attendant to join our team! This is a dual role, with the following shifts:
Pool Attendant: Monday & Tuesday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Barista: Wednesday & Thursday, 6 AM - 2 PM
Pool Attendant Duties:
Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture.
Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
Enforcing safety protocols.
Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
Reporting any damages or incidents to the supervisor.
Preferred knowledge of the principles and practices of resuscitation, first aid, and CPR techniques.
Barista Duties:
Taking orders and providing information on menu items and making recommendations.
Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Serving light snacks.
Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Processing customer payments, including cash and credit transactions.
Managing the cash register and handling tips.
Monitoring stock levels.
Keeping the barista station and customer area clean and tidy.
Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
Building rapport with regular customers.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
