Neapolitan Pizza spot in Long Island City seeks full-time line cook. Must have at least 2+ years experience in NYC kitchens. Experience with Italian cuisine preferred, and must be able to use a deep fryer. Not a counter/cashier hybrid position, only back of house. PIZZA EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
Must have New York State certified food handlers license.
High volume experience preferred.
Must have weekend availability, willing to work double shifts (10-11 hours)
full-time, 40 hours a week.
Must have a positive attitude, know when to lead, and be coachable. We are looking for someone who is looking to grow long-term with our business
