Pan Pan in Greenpoint is looking for a Lead Cook to help lead the kitchen of a Bakery By Day - Pizzeria By Night concept in Greenpoint.
Ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work with respect for the space.
- Exercise great attention to detail with organization and cleanliness.
Responsibilities to include though not limited to:
- Assisting with pastry work during the AM shifts
- Creating, prepping for and executing a sandwich driven lunch menu
- Prepping for the evening's Pizza offerings.
This position will work hands on with the Head Baker and Executive Chef assisting where needed.
It is a full time position with room for growth.
