Position Available:

1) Full-Time Bartender/Server - This position requires the candidate to be willing and able to function in both roles as needed. Friday to Tuesday schedule. Head server/trainer experience is highly preferred.

2) Part-Time Server: Must be available for Saturday & Sunday Brunch shifts and flexible on other 1 or 2 shifts.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a server and bartender in upscale/fine-dining establishments is a must!

- Must be able to handle high volume and at times stressful environments while keeping standards high.

-Proficiency in providing top-notch customer service with a friendly demeanor.

-Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine and cocktail selections.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

-Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

-Attention to detail and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

-Proactive mindset and ability to think independently.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.

-Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

-Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items.

-Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.

-Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

-Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
