The Roxy Hotel is looking for an Ice Cream Cart Attendant - Weekends a Must - You'll be working outside a lot; This will include Day time and Early Evening Shifts.
Keep Ice Cream Cart clean and orderly to DOH standards at all times; including taking initiative to clean and
organize Cart appearance and identify and report areas in need of clean up or maintenance.
Prepare ice cream scoops while creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere for our guest.
Assist with stocking and setting up the cart as well as all items required for the service must be able to carry up to
50lbs.
Handle all transactions, including cash sales, with customers and maintain familiarity with all products sold out of
the cart.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding all aspects of the Hotel
including restaurants and hours of operation.
Learn about the different aspects of the Hotel to assist customers in all their purchases and direct all questions about
services to the appropriate manager or area of the Hotel.
Organize ice cream freezers regularly to maintain inventory and DOH standards.
Monitor low stock items and notify managers on duty when items are low.
