Koyo is an omakase restaurant with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients.
We are looking for young, energetic people with a strong passion to serve and grow within the company. The position is currently for part time with 3 days to 5 days a week. Please forward your resume to this post for review.
Past Omakase experience is a plus.
About the restaurant:
Concept: Kōyō, which means “autumn foliage” referring to the changing colors of the maple tree leaves as the seasons change, is an modern Japanese restaurant spotlighting a seasonally driven sushi and kaiseki inspired omakase in the heart of Astoria. Set in a minimalist jewel box style space, the Kōyō team wants to transport its guests taking them on a culinary journey and focusing solely on showcasing the highest quality seasonal ingredients sourced from the Fukuoka and Toyosu market, where the famed Tsukiji market relocated to in Japan.
