Italian Restaurant with a Wine Cellar is seeking a Headwaiter - Sommelier with vast experience in upscale Italian cuisine and fine wines.
A hands on leader, dedicated in exceptional customer service, training employees, seeing that all the duties before and after service are efficiently carried out.
Preferably Level 2 Sommelier
In charge of ordering, storing and organizing the Wine Cellar.
Able to manage wine inventory (mostly Italian) and update Wine List.
Advanced POS knowledge is required.
Must have a minimum of 5 Yrs Experience in upscale settings with References.
