Position Overview: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at one of our bustling New York City locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with a knack for leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, our staff are motivated and well-trained, and our customers leave happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate staff during shifts, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional customer service.

Supervise food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and health regulations.

Manage cash handling and register operations, ensuring accuracy and security.

Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Assist in staff training and development, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, complying with safety and health standards.

Coordinate with the General Manager on inventory management and ordering supplies.

Assist with the procurement of in store, 3rd party, and catering orders

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant setting.

Proven experience using Toast POS

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Food handlers certification
