General Manager – Croton Reservoir Tavern (Midtown Manhattan)
Full-Time | $85,000/year + Monthly Bonus
Croton Reservoir Tavern, a high-energy restaurant and bar located steps from Bryant Park, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in training and developing staff, driving sales through strong relationships, and enhancing brand presence both in-house and online.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest experience.
Train, mentor, and develop FOH/BOH staff to deliver consistent, high-level service.
Build and manage our social media presence to increase visibility and traffic.
Proactively network with corporate contacts and salespeople to secure private events, happy hours, and company outings.
Collaborate with ownership on sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor financials and performance metrics to achieve revenue and profit goals.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of General Manager or senior management experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant/bar.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and inspire a strong hospitality team.
Strong social media skills and an eye for branding/marketing.
Established network or ability to build relationships with corporate salespeople, offices, and event planners.
Highly organized, driven, and guest-focused.
Compensation & Benefits:
$85,000 annual base salary
Monthly performance-based bonus
