Hospitality-driven leaders with a passion for delivering “wow” moments
Proven track record in FOH leadership roles
Strong knowledge of beverage management
Ability to hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
Proven ability to train and manage a high-volume operation while maintaining fine-dining service standards and SOPs
A revenue-driver with an eye on profitability
Leadership mindset and true owner mentality
Strong office skills — including writing, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and POS systems — plus the tech savvy to learn new tools quickly
