General Manager
Job Summary:
The general manager will focus on all front and back of house operations for Friend of a Farmer. This includes but is not limited to: staff development and training, inventories, opening and closing responsibilities, daily paperwork, and guest relations. In addition the general manager will conduct daily meetings with all front of house team members in addition to weekly meetings with management and ownership.

Inventories
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
NYC Food Handler's License
2-3 Years in a management position
3-5 Years in hospitality
Extensive Bar and Food Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to form and present recommendations at all levels
Ability to work long, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to succeed in a high volume and fast paced environment
