Assistant General Manager
Job Summary:
The assistant general manager will focus on all front-of-house operations for Friend of a Farmer. This includes but are not limited to: staff development and training, inventories, opening and closing responsibilities, daily paperwork, and guest relations. In addition the assistant general manager will correspond with front and back of house management, staff, and ownership on menu and content development, problem solving and other opportunities.

Updating Content on POS (TOAST)

Inventories
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
NYC Food Handler's License
2-3 Years in a management position
3-5 Years in hospitality
Extensive Bar and and Food Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to form and present recommendations at all levels
Ability to work long, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to succeed in a high volume and fast paced environment
