About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Owners, and Corporate Chef to lead both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This is a hands-on role that requires quick thinking, strong decision-making, and the ability to keep a positive work environment under pressure.
You’ll be responsible for:
✅ Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless service
✅ Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing a high-performing team
✅ Overseeing financial controls, inventory management, and ordering
✅ Ensuring compliance with DOH standards and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
✅ Leading by example, motivating, and coaching staff to grow within the company
✅ Creating and maintaining a vibrant, guest-focused dining experience
What We’re Looking For
️ 2-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
️ Strong leadership and communication skills – a natural motivator and problem solver
️ A professional, confident presence with great presentation and a winning smile
️ Experience with scheduling, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
️ NYC Food Handler Certificate
️ Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
