Piccola Cucina group is looking for a
General Manager:
ideal candidates will have experience in a management capacity, New York city experience in fine dining.
- Manage daily service and make sure that the dining room is set to standards.
- Scheduling Front of House Staff and monitor overtime
- Monitoring daily sales reports and cash flow
- Be present on the floor during service to ensure standards are met
- Develops and continuously improves upon operating procedures to enhance the guest and employee experience
- Oversees cleanliness and maintenance of facilities with willingness to make periodic minor repairs.
- Experience working with POS and OpenTable
- Experience working with Excel
- Hire and Train Staff to have comprehensive knowledge of the menus and service
- Making sure that all the staff appearance is up to standards
- General Manager Experience is a must
- Fine Dining Experience is a must.
- 5+ years at one location preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
- Knowledge of Food, Wine, Beer, and Cocktails
- Must be a team player
