Description: Ollie's Restaurant Group is looking for experienced (3 years+) cooks to join our kitchen at 307 E 77th St (2nd Ave)
Responsibilities:
-Cooking on the line (Experienced in fry, sauté, and grill), organizing and helping with dishes
-Handle high volume orders efficiently
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area
-Help prep food
-Apply basic sanitation and safety practices when handling food and equipment
-Communicate with co-workers on a regular basis (Chinese or English language preferred)
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience as a cook (Chinese food experience preferred)
-Speak English
-Able to work 6 days/week
-While not a requirement, experience cooking with a Wok is preferred
-Legally authorized to work
