Upper West Side upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff (Servers) We are assembling a team that is committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment. Full time and Part time schedules available.
What we are looking for
Servers -
Hospitable, Positive Demeanor
Previous NYC Hospitality experience preferred (2 - 3 years) in a upscale casual or fine dining
Food & Beverage (Wine, Spanish Beers, classic Cocktails) Knowledge, Spanish Wines is a plus
Interpersonal Skills
Experience with POS (point of sales) system
Food Safety Knowledge
Strong communication and listening skills
The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
Flexible availability – must be able to work weekends, holidays, brunch
