We are seeking a seasoned and service-driven manager to join the opening team of our new elevated kosher dairy restaurant on the Upper East Side: LIBBI.
The ideal candidate will:
Bring strong experience in refined hospitality — somewhere between fine dining and elevated casual.
Lead all front-of-house operations, including:
Hiring and onboarding staff
Hands-on training and development
Scheduling and shift oversight
Daily service management and team leadership
Be actively involved in both lunch and dinner service, with lunch launching first and dinner service phased in over time.
Understand and support the rhythms of a kosher dairy operation:
No prior knowledge needed, but a plus
Closed Friday evenings and all day Saturday during summer and Saturday day during winter in observance of Shabbat
Possess a deep understanding of New York City’s hospitality landscape in 2025 — from guest expectations to operational realities.
Be well-versed in all aspects of service, including:
Wine knowledge and sommelier coordination
Bar and cocktail program support
Floor presence and guest engagement
