Must be experienced in directing FOH counter staff, bussers, manage table cleaning and delegating FOH to keep our fast casual dining room clean, and answer our customers questions.
We walk the floor continually to make sure our customers needs are met.
Run downstairs and refill supplies, Pastries refill for our case, and answer to our terrific chefs.

Excellent communication, leadership, motivational and team-building skills
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, safety and sanitation regulations
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule
