At Grillmark, we’re redefining fast food with quick, healthy, and flavorful Mediterranean dishes. We’re seeking a Floor Manager / Counter Person who is passionate about food, people, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, health-conscious environment.
What You’ll Do:
-Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
-Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure speed and quality of service
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance and cleanliness standards
-Handle POS transactions and coordinate takeout/delivery orders
-Ensure proper food presentation and compliance with health/safety regulations
-Assist with staff training and scheduling
-Act as the go-to person for customer issues and floor coordination
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (Mediterranean or healthy cuisine is a plus!)
Friendly, team-oriented, and reliable
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
