Osteria Carlina Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Captain / Maître d' to join our team!
We are a fine-dining restaurant with locations in Tribeca, West Village, Brooklyn, and Italy, offering a refined yet welcoming dining experience. Our carefully curated menu celebrates traditional Northern Italian cuisine with a modern twist, complemented by an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of hospitality and service experience (Italian wine and beverage knowledge is a plus)
Strong leadership and floor management skills to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Ability to train and mentor staff, upholding the highest hospitality standards
Familiarity with TOAST and Resy systems is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
A Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus (please specify in your application)
