Floor Manager
Job Summary:
The floor manager will focus primarily on guest-experience during operating hours for Friend of a Farmer. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: staff development and training, opening and closing responsibilities and side work, daily paperwork, and guest relations. In addition the floor manager will correspond with front and back of house management, staff and ownership on menu and content development, problem solving and other opportunities.

Updating Content on POS (TOAST)
Guest Relations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
NYC Food Handler's License
2-3 Years in a management position
3-5 Years in hospitality
Extensive Bar and Food Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to form and present recommendations at all levels
Ability to work long, flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to succeed in a high volume and fast paced environment
