Requirements:
We’re seeking candidates with:
Experience greeting and seating guests.
Proficiency using reservation systems like OpenTable and Resy.
Skills in taking phone reservations, pick-up orders, and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
Being punctual and reliable.
Providing polite, professional, and courteous service.
Standing for 4-8 hours during your shift.
Greeting and seating guests with a welcoming attitude.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including managing menu cleanliness.
Multi-tasking under busy conditions while maintaining professionalism.
Ensuring guests feel valued from their arrival to departure.
