What You’ll Do:
As a Host/Maitre d’, you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Managing reservations using platforms like OpenTable and Resy.
- Handling phone reservations, pick-up orders, and messages.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including managing menu cleanliness.
- Ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.
- Balancing a fast-paced environment with professionalism and poise.
