Hi! We are looking for an experienced host to join our expanding team!
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance, has lot of energy, constantly setting themselves up for success and others as well as able to talk to guests through their experience We want the next person we bring on our team to be able to ensure that customer requirements, drinks and specs are adhered to and that our overall service will run smoothly and efficiently for everyone to make money.
Primary Responsibilities:
● RESY KNOWLEDGE IS A MUSY
● Account for all equipment and supplies; return restaurant items to storage areas
● Greet guests at the door and start their experience right!
● Communicate all needs to the manager including office supplies, food and beverage supplies and any
other special event needs.
● Help other team members with opening and closing side work checklists for shifts daily
● Resolve guest complaints by finding a way to say yes; involve the manager on duty as needed
● Able to communicate and coordinate with the security team and able to recognize / identify any potential security situations and inform security prior to it becoming elevated
● Maintain proper loss prevention standards, including cash handling procedures, accurate deposits and safe procedures
● Promote and practice safe work habits; identify and communicate potential safety hazards; ensure accidents are
documented following proper procedures
● Act as a role model for outstanding service; continuously works to elevate service standards and personally embodies
hospitality in daily actions
