As the General or Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of the operation, overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. Your mission: to ensure exceptional service, uphold high operational standards, and deliver unforgettable guest experience.
What we’re looking for:
Leadership: A natural coach who inspires and develops a talented team. You’ll manage and hold team members accountable to deliver consistent improvement and success.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of restaurant management experience. You have a proven track record of managing both staff and operations with an eye on the big picture, ensuring smooth service and optimal performance.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges as they arise.
Financial Acumen: You’ll manage sales-to-expenses and be committed to achieving financial goals while keeping the guest experience top of mind.
Health and Safety Expertise: A solid understanding of health and safety protocols is essential. A Food Handlers License is ideal but not mandatory.
Work Ethic: This role requires flexibility and the ability to stand for long periods. You must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
