We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a new 140-seat rooftop Japanese concept which will feature sushi and izakaya in a vibe centric atmosphere overlooking the Hudson. This concept will be “vibe dining” and will act as a listening lounge with strong DJ programming.
The culinary program will be defined together between chef and ownership with sushi and izakaya as a thoroughfare. Cocktail program will be whisky and sake driven.
