Location: Native Restaurant (Brooklyn & Harlem Locations)

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Coordination & Scheduling
Schedule and confirm weekly performers, including dancers, DJs, musicians, and specialty acts
Communicate clear call times and performance details to all talent
Maintain a rotating calendar of acts to keep entertainment fresh and engaging
Wardrobe & Uniform Management
Organize and maintain costumes, uniforms, and performance accessories
Ensure all wardrobe items are properly prepped before shows and stored afterward
Coordinate fittings or replacements as needed
Performance Oversight
Supervise live performances, ensuring they start on time and meet brand standards
Serve as the point of contact for talent during shifts
Troubleshoot last-minute performance or wardrobe issues
Venue Setup & Breakdown
Prepare the performance space for nightly acts in collaboration with FOH team
Coordinate with sound and lighting personnel for proper show execution
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all entertainers
Brand & Experience Management
Monitor entertainment quality and energy, ensuring alignment with Native's elevated brand
Offer constructive feedback to performers when necessary
Support special programming (holidays, brunch, private events) with curated talent
Team Communication
Maintain group chats or systems for ongoing updates with performers and staff
Work closely with Marketing for performance content opportunities
Collaborate with management on strategy, special events, and talent rotation
Administrative Support
Maintain a roster of approved performers with rates and availability
Assist with tracking invoices, payments, and contracts
