Cook/Barback
-Must be available Wednesday and Sunday 6pm-2am. The right candidate can get more days.
-We prefer someone who lives nearby or has reliable transportation.
-Responsibilities include:
Light cooking, wiping down tables, bussing the room, keeping the room organized, cleaning glassware, and assisting the bartender with restocking beer, cutting fruit, and restocking juices. Cooking is not the only responsibility. We have a simple menu with bar food and are willing to train.
Waitress
-Must be available Friday and Saturday from 7pm-3am.
-Someone who lives nearby is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Circulate the room, deliver food and cocktails to the guests, pick up glasses and plates, help clean glassware and dishes, and help restock the bar with lemons, limes, and juices. The right person will also learn bartending and assist the bartender in making drinks. The right candidate can be promoted to the bartender position.
