Iconic Speakeasy Cocktail Lounge is seeking an experienced cook to work directly with the chef.
As a Cook, your responsiblities will be to prepare meals and follow recipes to deliver the high-quality meals our guests expect, helping us provide a great level of guest satisfaction and unmatched service to our guests.
Each shift, you prepare ingredients, adhere to the menu, and follow food health and safety procedures to cook meals to order. You will keep a safe food service environment by regularly cleaning workstations and equipment and assisting other cooks and the Chef in delivering food in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail in the dining environment, focused on food safety, will help ensure a positive dining experience.
Your friendly, efficient, and high-touch approach is perfect when engaging team members throughout the day to ensure the kitchen executes all orders flawlessly. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to assisting all kitchen and service staff members to contribute to effective restaurant operations.
Your prior work experience as a cook and relevant training in food preparation is helpful for quickly acclimating to the job responsibilities.
