Busy Staten Island catering venue looking for part time (3-7 days) /per diem experienced and creative person to:
Oversee banquet staff and event logistics
Inventory and BEO oversight
Assist in training staff on service and house policies
Ensure exceptional guest experience
Maintain facility and event readiness
Prior catering and management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills with computer knowledge
Ability to manage high -energy events and ensure seamless execution
