We are seeking an experienced, motivated individuals to join our restaurant as our front of house team. Please note we are looking for different positions to be filled. We require you to clarify as to which position you are applying for.
Open availability is a must.
Duties for different open positions include but not limited to:
Make, adjust, and cancel customer reservations
Greet customers and guide them to their tables.
Answer customer questions regarding food, drinks, and specials.
Resolve customer complaints or disputes.
- Must have a good attitude.
- Able to work in a face paced environment and be very good with communicating with guests.
- Must be able to speak clearly and understand steps of service.
- Willing to go the extra mile for the team and for the guests.
- Able to multitask
Requirements and Qualifications: At least 3 years in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment. Adaptive organizational skills and the ability to change plans to meet new circumstances. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to tactfully deliver unwelcome news to customers.
