Located in the heart of Chelsea, we are a renowned institution that has been a home to countless artists, writers, and creatives, leaving an indelible mark on New York's cultural history.
As a Bellperson at The Hotel Chelsea, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure. You will be an integral part of our front desk operations, helping to create lasting memories for our guests.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Service: A love for creating unforgettable experiences for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
Team Player: Willing to work closely with our front desk and operations team to provide seamless service.
Flexibility: Willingness to meet the demands of our 24-hour operation, with weekend and open availability.
Customer-Focused: Prior experience in guest service or hospitality is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide training for the right candidate!
Detail-Oriented: The ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
