Chic hotel in Williamsburg is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead and grow the food & beverage program. The beverage program features craft cocktails, highlights local craft beers, and features an extensive wine selection. The cuisine is global gastropub, featuring bites and small plates. We are open daily for breakfast from 7am-11am, weekend brunch, and dinner from 4pm to 10pm.

What we are looking for:

- Customer and service focused.

- Team oriented, but able to work independently.

- Knowledgeable about food, beer, wine, spirits, and service.

- Hard working with a strong attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

- Open availability with the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

- Punctual and reliable.

What the job entails:

- Oversea the dining area, event space, and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies you may

help develop.

- Handle beverage and small wares ordering and inventory.

- Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.

- Work with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.

- Handle guest complaints in restaurants and event spaces.

- Work with ownership to create and roll-out promotions to drive business.

- Ensures product quality and great service.
