2. At least 2 years experience behind a bar serving classic cocktails-Able to make any classic cocktail and learn our 16 point curated cocktail list quickly
3. Follows specs and uses proper tools for precision behind the bar. MEASURES

4. Wine knowledge with curiosity and interest to learn more
5. Drama Free
6. Comes to work happy, enjoys interacting with guests
7. Open Availability, days, nights, weekends
