Very busy restaurant and cocktail bar in Midtown looking for an experienced Bar Manager.
Requirements include but not are limited to the following:
-Minimum of 3+ years experience in management position overseeing a full-service cocktail bar.
-Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude.
-Oversight of the day to day operations of the bar.
-Complete understanding of P&Ls, beverage cost management, inventory and ordering.
-Supervision of overall maintenance of bar, as well as ambiance and presentation.
-Seasonal cocktail menu development.
-Staffing and training.
-Food handlers license (preferred)
-TIPS certified (must)
