- Field Reservation Inquires and other Administrative Tasks
- Manage a Shift of Twenty (20) Staff Members During Busy Shifts
- Ensure Smooth Operations with Floor Staff & Kitchen
- Monitor Attendance, Dress Code, of Floor Personnel
- Monitor Ambiance and Make Adjustments as Necessary Including Music Volume, Temperature and Lighting
- Close Out Registers at End of Night & Run Nightly Reports (Toast Knowledge a Plus)
- Politely and with a Friendly Demeanor, Handle Customer Interactions
- Update Communications for 86’s, Manager Notes, Incidents
- Ensure Proper Set Up of Musicians and Sound Levels
- Ensure Safety of All Guests
Qualifications
- Minimum Three (3) Years Management / Maître D Experience
- Extensive Hospitality Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong F&B Knowledge
- Ability to Remain Calm in Hight Pressure Scenarios
- Thorough Knowledge of DOHMH Rules & Regulations and Ensure Compliance
- Ability to lift twenty-five pounds or more
- Ability to be on Feet for Multiple Hours Per Shift.
