Senior Paralegal / Legal Support Deputy Officer (NAM Legal Entity Governance)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting documentation/corporate secretary function for in-scope entities in alignment with regulation and best practices

Drafting and reviewing documents including but not limited to secretary certificates, certificates of incumbency, officer and director appointments, powers of attorney and annual meeting materials

Maintaining corporate records and ensuring their accuracy and completeness

Liaising with management of legal entities and governance teams as required

Managing and/or supporting projects across entities and geographies, including projects to enhance effectiveness of corporate governance

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience; experience with a global financial institution preferred

Proven organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal, problem solving, teamwork, and analytical skills

Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with various groups across the firm
