This Senior Manager role will lead and be responsible for the development and execution of high-profile brand campaigns for American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT).As the Senior Brand Campaign Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the creative development and execution of our brand story, ensuring that the positioning, messaging, and visual identity resonate with our target audiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Communications, this person will play a pivotal role in telling the world who we are. Crafting insights-driven, cohesive and creatively brilliant brand stories, and supporting their execution across global markets and channels.The ideal candidate is a dynamic, creative, and strategic professional who brings expertise in both campaign planning and building stand-out, compelling creative campaigns. They have honed their craft at brand-led organizations, preferably within tech or travel industries with social media at the forefront of activity, and thrive at the intersection of planning and creativity.What You’ll Do:
Deliver award-winning campaigns that reach millions.
Synthesize market research and audience insights to inform strategic and creative decision-making.
Lead the creation of omnichannel communication plans, working closely with the wider Brand Communications team and partner agencies, to ensure that creative development is informed by the media plan and fit for platform.
Oversee the media strategy, planning & buying of media for our brand marketing campaigns to ensure we maximise the return from our investment in advertising.
Present creative campaign strategy and media planning with confidence to key collaborators across different areas of the business.
Develop comprehensive creative briefs that align with audience insights, campaign objectives, providing clear direction, inspiration and big idea starters.
Present creative briefs and creative ideas to leadership and partner teams, ensuring alignment before execution begins.
Lead the development of brand marketing campaigns across all relevant channels and platforms, ensuring high-quality creative output.
Be a great partner with external creative and campaign agencies, overseeing briefings, tissue sessions, reviews and communicating decks to internal and external teams.
Oversee the media strategy, planning & buying of media for our brand marketing campaigns to ensure we maximise the return from our investment in advertising.
Ensuring the tracking/ measurement of your campaigns is robust and fit-for-purpose (whether it be digital attribution or econometric modelling).
Develop relationships and working closely with key agencies (media, OOH, creative, insight, search, etc.).
Lead a small but highly-skilled brand campaigns team to deliver high-profile brand campaigns end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years brand campaign experience with high-spend budgets.
A deep understanding of the modern media landscape, and the roles that social media and creative innovation play.
Has a data-driven approach and is experienced in building purposeful strategies, based on customer insights, trends and market research, that translate into highly creative campaigns.
Exceptional planning and storytelling skills, using both data and creativity to bring ideas to life.
A proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, agencies, and collaborators.
You have the personality to succeed in this role: collaborative, energetic, flexible, humble, dedicated, encouraging, reliable, positive and credible.
Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to quickly adapt to change, consistently finding clarity and solutions in a fast-paced work environment.
Multitasker who can lead multiple initiatives in parallel with a high level of quality and consistency.
International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus.
LocationNew York, New York, United StatesThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
