THE JOBThe Festival Advance Specialist Team (FAST) leads a portfolio of bev-alc category partners through the festival advance process - providing perspective, guidance, stewardship and problem-solving at every turn. The Brand Manager supports the Senior Brand Manager in day-to-day timeline management and superior partnership delivery, pre, post and during each festival. You will be directly involved in maximizing the value of the client relationship and performance of clients’ entertainment marketing programs.The FAST team is the “get stuff done, turn-problems-into-solutions, make our clients look like the rock stars, driving force” within the Brand Management department. Manage delivery of PARTNER festival assets for all clients within the portfolio, including marketing and on-site activations and integrations
Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client rapport.
Develop and grow relationships with key contacts at both our promoter partners and Live Nation Sponsorship Experiential to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
Ensure delivery of contractual components including liaising with festival teams for approvals and scheduling and proactively resolving any challenges with asset delivery
Serve as key point of contact for all festival specific marketing assets including brand guidelines, key art, ad mats, and fonts.
Lead weekly client production meetings leading up to festivals.
Oversee all on-site activities for festivals including coordination with festival production leads, concessionaires, and/or third-party activation agencies.
Fully understand the Beverage/Alcohol ecosystem and work directly with key Brand Managers to help manage potential brand overlap or competing goals (cross-category and cross-team sensitivities).
Confirm delivery of all assets by managing program tracking in Asana.
Provide post-festival insights and feedback to the Brand Manager, constantly searching for ways to optimize partnerships
Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management as requested
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
2-3 years direct experience in event management or experiential, client service, entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, production or activation agencies
Record of success building, selling, and/or delivering innovative activation programs with measurable results & KPIs
Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs at once are a must
Experience with festival promoters is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with project management programs such as Asana is a plus
Ability to travel 40% of time or more in season, often nights and weekends
