Senior IT Support Analyst

Description Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff, addressing issues with hardware and software Manage and maintain the Active Directory, ensuring user access is up-to-date and secure Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and EO/IR systems Provide support for Mac Computers, ensuring efficient operation and resolving any technical issues Assist with Configuration Management, ensuring systems are operating optimally Handle Deployments of new systems and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to staff Provide Deskside Support, assisting staff directly with their technical issues Maintain computer hardware, ensuring it is in good working order and resolving any issues Utilize Microsoft technologies in daily tasks and troubleshooting Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues.Requirements Proven experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar IT support role. Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies. Familiarity with EO/IR systems. Experience with Mac Computers and Microsoft software. Proficient understanding of Active Directory. Knowledge of computer hardware and its troubleshooting. Ability to manage systems configuration. Experience in planning and executing technology deployments. Strong skills in deskside support and customer service. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Availability to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
