Level 2 Production Support Analyst

Job DescriptionInsight Global's investment banking client is looking for a Level Two Production Support Analyst to join their Market Operations team in NYC! This candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to technical platform and trade failures, managing communication for internal/external clients providing succinct, proactive updates and setting expectations through to resolution, and technical troubleshooting (analyzing application log files, FIX logs, environmental issues, client connectivity issues).
