- Strong configuration skills with Salesforce Classic and Lightning
- Configuration components and access management of a production instance.
- Implementing Communities.
- Strong data migration skills and background in migration projects.
- Assist in the gathering of requirements, propose solutions and workarounds based on platform features and limitations
- Develop and/or maintain all declarative aspects for SF applications and assist in programmatic customizations as needed
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user and provide feedback to the Platform Team if appropriate.
- Monitor and prepare applications for new SFDC releases and efficiently roll out new features.
- Manage the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all system add-ons (AppExchange apps, Office integrations, mobility etc.)
- Setup report templates and provide quick turnaround to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Extract, normalize, map and upload data from multiple systems to Salesforce.
- Monitor usage and provide user support
- Monitor and maintain data quality and set up automated processes to effectively manage duplicates
- Advanced Salesforce system administration skills (LX/Classic), familiarity with databases/data models and a solid understanding of CRM concepts and processes.
- Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required
- In-depth knowledge of the Force.com platform features and limitations, experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Strong analytical background with experience in building and maintain SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis
- Minimum expectation of a University/college degree OR equivalent education/experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office application (Word, Power Point, Visio)
- Database refactoring and advanced migration experience a plus
